Transportation Services

Springfield Partners offers demand responsive and shared ride transportation for the following:



  • Seniors (65+)

  • Disabled Persons

  • Veterans


Transportation may include but may not be limited to:



  • Shopping centers

  • Grocery stores

  • Pharmacies

  • Health appointments

  • Banking

  • Legal

  • Employment related

  • Cultural Enrichment Events

  • Recreational Activites


How To Apply


Any person interested in transportation assistance will have to fill out an agency intake form. Intakes can be completed via phone or in person.


Proof of qualifying status (identification or documentation) can be presented in person, email fax or through the mail. Once received, reviewed and completed you will then be registered.


For Your Information


All passengers must be able to SELF-AMBULATE to the vehicle. Drivers will assist clients in and out of the vehicle.


Request for transportation may be made up to 14 days advance.

  • One Way within the City of Springfield: $2.00


  • One Way within the designated service areas: $3.00

  • Reason that you are requesting assistance


If applicable, please also include if you require wheelchair accessible transportation (riders needing wheelchair accessible transportation will be referred to Pioneer Valley Transit Authority paratransit service for additional assistance).
