Our Emergency Fuel Assistance program offers financial assistance to Hampden County residents struggling with a short-term economic hardship who do not qualify for the New England Farm Workers Fuel Assistance program. The payments are made directly to the fuel vendors or utility companies on behalf of the participants.
Fuel Assistance Information New England Farm Workers' Council (NEFWC) is accepting appointment requests by mail for Fuel Assistance applications. Springfield Partners does not process applications.

Springfield Partners for Community Action is taking part in the Natural Gas Fuel Assistance Grant Program, to help Hampden County residents who are over the income limits for traditional Fuel Assistance Programs to keep their homes warm. This program was made possible by the work and efforts of the team lead by Attorney General Maura Healey.
