Emergency Fuel Assistance

Our Emergency Fuel Assistance program offers financial assistance to Hampden County residents struggling with a short-term economic hardship who do not qualify for the New England Farmer Workers Fuel Assistance program. The payments are made directly to the fuel vendor or utility company on behalf of the participants.

Fuel Assistance Information New England Farm Workers' Council (NEFWC) is accepting appointment requests by mail for Fuel Assistance applications. Springfield Partners does not process applications.
