Springfield Partners for Community Action (Springfield Partners) will hold elections for seats on the Board of Directors for Districts Number 1, 3, and 5.
District #1: Consist of Pine Point, McKnight, Boston Road and East Springfield
District #3: South End, Maple High/Six Corners and Lower Forest Park
District #5: North End, Brightwood, Liberty Heights & Metro Center

Nomination papers are available now at Springfield Partners (located at 721 State Street, 2nd floor, Springfield, or New Beginnings Early Education and Care Center at (721 State Street, 1st floor) Springfield, from 8:30am until 4:30pm. Nomination papers are due back to Springfield Partners on or before 4:30pm on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. Election will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019.

“The Board of Director guides and supports the agency in the pursuit of our mission, and is an integral part of the work we do for low-income Springfield residents,” said Paul F. Bailey, Executive Director.

Springfield Partners is the designated community action agency serving the City of Springfield. The agency has various programs and services that support and advance the mission including Financial Literacy, Credit Counseling, Weatherization Assistance, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (state and federal), Homebuyer education, New Beginnings Early Education and Care Center, Veterans Serviced and many more.
