Eviction Clinic

This is a partnership with Massachusetts Justice Project, Western Mass Legal Services and Housing Court. Clinics are held weekly on Wednesday evening at our main office located at 619 State Street, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. to educate and inform tenant-facing eviction on their rights and responsibilities and prepare them for housing court hearings. The goal is to ensure tenants know, understand and excise their rights. Utilizing the summary process list notices are sent to tenants informing them that they are scheduled for eviction hearing and about the clinic.

Tenants of foreclosed properties are strongly encouraged to contact Springfield Partners Eviction
