Eviction Clinic
Springfield Partners for Community Action's Eviction Clinic offers free counseling and education to Springfield residents at risk of being evicted from their homes.
A walk-in Eviction Clinic is held every Wednesday evening, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., at 721 State St., Second Floor.
The Eviction Clinic offers one-on-one assistance to residents preparing for Hampden County Housing Court hearings. Our eviction counselor can tell you what to expect at the hearing and which documents to bring. Our counselor can also serve as a mediator between a tenant and his or her landlord.
Our eviction counselor, who is also a certified credit counselor, can enroll residents in financial literacy classes. One-on-one credit counseling is also available by appointment.
