Emergency Energy Assistance
Springfield Partners for Community Action's Emergency Energy Assistance Program offers financial assistance to Springfield residents struggling with a short-term economic hardship who do not qualify for Fuel Assistance (LIHEAP).

Payments will be made directly to the fuel vendor or utility company.

Participants must:
  • Provide documentation of the economic hardship, and proof of Springfield residency

  • Meet income guidelines (below)

  • Sign up for a free, in-home MassSave Energy Assessment

  • And attend a workshop on conserving energy and household budgeting.

If you qualify, call (413) 263-6500 for an Emergency Energy Assistance appointment.
