Springfield Partners for Community Action's Emergency Energy Assistance Program offers financial assistance to Springfield residents struggling with a short-term economic hardship who do not qualify for Fuel Assistance (LIHEAP).
Payments will be made directly to the fuel vendor or utility company.
Participants must:
Provide documentation of the economic hardship, and proof of Springfield residency
Meet income guidelines (below)

And attend a workshop on conserving energy and household budgeting.
