Springfield Partners for Community Action is recruiting Early Education students and graduates for teacher positions at our non-profit New Beginnings Childcare Center.
It's an exciting time to join the team at New Beginnings. We're under new leadership and pursuing NAEYC accreditation and higher QRIS ratings.
To give our kids and their parents the best possible pre-K care and experience, we collaborate with early intervention, family services, health specialists and other community professionals.

Our ideal bi-lingual candidate will have demonstrated understanding and experience in Early Childhood Education and the ability to interact well with providers, parents and staff. Candidates must be EEC certified. Associate's Degree is preferred. Proof of enrollment in college or CDA program required.
